WKFD-FA Fiber array end face inspector
This product is an end-face visualization inspection device designed specifically for fiber optic arrays. Equipped with professionally designed fixture featuring an adjustable angle platform and an opticaldisplacement platform, it provides a complete view of the entire fiber optic array end face, clearlyidentifing various defects such as scratches, chips, stains, and core damage. The device supports inspection of fiber arrays with polishing angles ranging from Oto45. It offers high imaging clarity, excelentoperability, and along service life. Widely used in the 400G/800G/1.6Thigh-speed optical module supply chain,it serves as a core inspection tool for fiber array production and quality control, as well as for PLC
coupling and packaging processes.

One-Touch Clamping Fixture Design

Unlike traditional threaded clamping fixtures, we have developed a one-touch clamping design with built-in elasticity: gently pull the metal capon the right→ insert the FA workpiece→ release to automatically clamp. There is no need to repeatedly turn the knob to lock it in place, allowing for quick loading and significantly improving the efficiency of light array end-face inspection.
Multi-angle Adjustable Device

The multi-angle adjustable device is compatible with fiber arrays at various polishing angles ranging from 0° to 45°. It eliminates the need for frequent replacement of specialized fixtures; a single set of equipment supports devices with multiple angles, reducing customers'fixture procurement and management costs while offering flexible and convenient operation.
High-Precision 3D Positioning Stage

A high-precision 3D displacement stage is used as the mounting platform for the test piece. The adjustment knobs operate smoothly, offering high positioning accuracy. The stage's durable construction significantly extends its service life compared to lead screws, and it is resistant to wear even during prolonged production line operation.
Excellent imaging performance

Equipped with a high-quality optical imaging module, it offers magnification levels of 200X and 400X. The accompanying display interface allows for flexible adjustment of parameters such as exposure and magnification, meeting the interpretation needs of various inspection scenarios.
