WKPT Series FA Polarity Tester
This product is a precision testing device specifically designed for verifying the polarity of MT-FA type devices. It utilizes a high-definition camera for image recognition, a precision motorized stage for moving the devices, and a dedicated illuminator for clearly identifying different devices. It is an optical precision inspection platform that integrates mechanical, automation, optical, and imaging technologies. The Fiber Array(FA) uses high-precision V-grooves to position single-core and ribbon fibers, with precisely polished end faces, to form an array that is installed and secured according to specifications. It enables automatic polarity detection and determination for optical module assemblies such as 400G, 800G, and1.6T, as well as optical engine devices, CPO assemblies, and MPC devices.

Multiple interface options, stable clamping

The design incorporates fixtures and interfaces to facilitate quick operation for users, ensuring stable clamping without scratching the end faces and minimizing errors. Three types of specialized fixtures are provided to accommodate the clamping and testing of various non-standard devices, with a focus on protecting the devices during the testing process to prevent secondary damage.

One-Step Polarity Detection

Users need only perform a single step to connect the test object. The software automatically detects and connects to the polarity communication host,industrial camera, and focusing motor.It then illuminates each channel in sequence according to the wiring configuration specified in the task, captures images, and performs recognition. The interface displays the polarity results and status lights for each group, and the results can be written to a data file with the same name based on preset conditions for production line traceability and process optimization.
