Extensive software features

Operating and setting parameters are displayed simultaneously in both numerical and graphical formats. Operation can be paused; upon restarting, the system resumes from the point where it left off. Pressure can be adjusted according to the ratio of the number of active heads to the total number of product heads.

Process Parameter Storage

Store 30 sets of grinding process parameters, with separate settings for time, speed, and pressure. Acceleration time can be set for pressure and the motor to ensure a smooth start and protect the grinding paper. Compensation time can also be set for each process to offset the decrease in cutting force of the grinding paper (or liquid). Each set of parameters can be named and saved individually.

Mechanical Design for Field Applications

The power cord is directly connected and sealed at the exit point to prevent water ingress and short circuits. Filtration and pressure-reducing pretreatment have been added to the user’s gas supply. The filter, pressure-reducing valve, and pressure regulator are housed within an isolated chamber, which is both waterproof and allows for quick maintenance.

Made from high-quality imported steel to ensure long-term, stable grinding performance. The clamping system is proven and reliable, compatible with mainstream grinding machines. Capable of grinding 24 MT sockets in a single pass, with a 3D interference pass rate of nearly 100% (br), significantly reducing consumable costs.

With a dedicated grinding laboratory and team of engineers, every piece of equipment undergoes rigorous factory testing and validation to ensure a 100% 3D yield rate.

Password protection

Software function

The operation and setting parameters are displayed both numerically and graphically. During operation, it is possible to pause and resume the previous time after restarting. The pressure can be adjusted according to the ratio of the number of users to the number of products used.

The power cord is directly connected and sealed out to prevent water ingress and short circuit.Increase filtration and decompression pretreatment of user gas sources. The filter, pressure reducing valve, and pressure regulating valve are hidden in the isolation chamber, which is waterproof and can be quickly repaired.

Accurate pressure

By using a preset torque wrench, the torque value can be accurately set. After reaching the torque value, there will bean idle slip prompt to keep the torque constant and not damage all MTs while ensuring consistent quality.
