Digital End-Face Inspector for Multi-Core Fiber Optics

This instrument uses a high-intensity light source to illuminate the end faces of multiple optical fibers. Any spots or scratches on the end faces are magnified by the microscopic optical system, digitized by a camera, and ultimately displayed to the user on a computer monitor. The included image analysis software can accurately identify even the slightest spots and scratches in the image. The precision programmable motor enables rapid positioning, allowing for automatic inspection of up to 72 MT fiber end faces.
