WKFI-AX Series Automatic Single-Core Fiber End-Face 3D Interferometer
This product is a high-precision, non-contact, manual 5D interferometer for single-core fiber end-face inspection, featuring both 3D interferometry and 2D end-face inspection capabilities. It uses interferometric principles to reconstruct the three-dimensional topography of the fiber end-face and calculate various technical parameters. Capable of measuring end-face parameters for fiber connectors such as SC, FC, and LC, it is an essential instrument for ensuring the transmission efficiency of fiber connectors and plays a crucial role in the fiber optic communications manufacturing industry.

A comprehensive range of fixtures
The dual-buffer design features adaptive adjustment for both clamping and release, ensuring measurement accuracy and repeatability while significantly extending the fixture's service life. Combined with sliding positioning plates, it enables quick switching between PC and APC modes.
Autofocus (A Series), Auto Calibration (A Series), Auto Center, Auto Rotation, Auto Measurement
Equipped with an autofocus module, it automatically adjusts the interference fringes to their sharpest state within a certain range, simplifying the measurement process. Equipped with an automatic calibration module, calibration becomes simpler and faster without the need for manual adjustment of the X-axis or Y-axis reference mirrors. Equipped with an automatic sensing measurement module, measurement is triggered simply by tightening the wrench. A single measurement in standard mode takes only 0.5 seconds, while in fiber height extension mode it takes just 0.8 seconds. Simultaneous end-face analysis and 3D interferometry take only 1 second.

There is no need to manually locate the fiber center; simply perform a standard measurement, and the system will automatically locate it.

Automatically rotates to any APC angle between 0 and 12 degrees

Equipped with a high-precision angle feedback system (0.0027°), it maximizes APC angle measurement accuracy while meeting the special angle measurement requirements of non-standard connectors. It automatically rotates into position with a single button press and can self-correct to restore normal operation when the angle is altered by external forces.
